At Dazzling Gorgeous, we are committed to providing a seamless and customer-focused shopping experience. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below carefully, as it forms part of your agreement with us. This Policy aligns with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions

1- Return Eligibility

You must initiate a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and protective materials intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our product offerings in Skincare, Makeup, Haircare, Supplements, Fragrance, and Aromatherapy, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened, used, or tampered skincare, makeup, haircare, or fragrance products.
  • Personal care items where the hygiene seal has been broken.
  • Supplements or ingestible products (due to safety and health regulations).
  • Customized, personalized, or limited edition products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Perishable goods or items with short shelf life.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2- Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving your product via our Contact Us page.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the product(s), and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and provide instructions, including the correct return shipping address.

Important:
Do not send items back without prior authorization from our Customer Service Team.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3- Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refund amounts will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect on your statement depending on your issuing bank.

We reserve the right to reject refund claims if the returned item does not comply with our Return Policy conditions.

4- Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
To receive a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order separately.

5- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Include clear photos or video evidence of the damage/defect and the shipping package.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue with either a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.

Failure to notify us within the 7-day period may result in ineligibility for replacement or refund.

6- Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order is placed with our fulfillment partners (CJDropshipping, Doba), it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Approval of cancellation is not guaranteed.

7- Non-Delivery Situations

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Contact the carrier directly to inquire.
  • If no resolution is reached, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
